Damages and Issues

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return your unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is approved.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The same return conditions apply (unworn, unused, etc.).
Refunds
We'll notify you about the return approval within 10 business days of receiving the item. If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time by your bank or credit card company may apply.
